Hi, I’m Dex. I'm an Exercise Scientist, ADHD adult and the creator of the ADHD Training System.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 29, after years of wondering why I could understand training better than almost anyone… yet still struggled with consistency, burnout, injuries and the pressure to “do more.”
Traditional fitness never worked for my brain. It was overwhelming, all-or-nothing and built on rigid routines that ignored energy levels, focus and reality.
Every time I felt like I was achieving something with my fitness, I'd fall off.
So I built something different.
With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, years coaching pro athletes and everyday adults, and my own lived ADHD experience, I’ve created a training approach that’s simple and actually feels doable for ADHD brains.
Here's how I approach fitness:
